How does our bespoke furniture service work?
Stage 1. Initial FREE Consultation
The first step of our project process is to have a telephone conversation to gain an initial understanding of your furniture requirements. Based on this we would make an appointment to visit you at your convenience to discuss design ideas in more detail.
Our first meeting gives us the chance to discuss your furniture ideas so that we can start to put together suitable design proposals. This meeting is free with no obligation to order.
Our designers will then create working drawings, 3D design visualisations proposals and associated costings.
Wyndham prides itself on a quick efficient service – precise final design concepts are turned around in days and not weeks.
When you are completely satisfied with the design a deposit is requested to commence manufacture.
Stage 2. Manufacture
Great care is taken by our skilled craftsmen to insure only the best materials are used in combination with the latest machinery to create your bespoke design. Manufacturing timescales of items averages 8-9 weeks depending on complexity and volume of orders.
Stage 3. Installation
A delivery date is scheduled at you convenience and our installation team ensure works are carried out efficiently, on time and with minimum disruption to your daily routines. Wyndham recognise this stage as an instrumental part of the process and will always leave your home in a tidy and considerate manner.
