One of this year’s masterpieces for us included this beautiful walk in wardrobe showcasing the very best in luxury design along with beautiful items to match.

A walk in wardrobe is always custom made at Wyndham Design but It was clear from the start that the beautiful Columbian model client was going to raise the bar in both luxury and style.

The design brief was clear, to create something simple and beautiful that showcased clothes and assesorys as well as enhancing the space with an Island unit.

Given this we set to work to create a stunning piece that incorporated all of the above in style. The key was to keep the design pure by using a beautiful matt white lacquer with clean lines. In addition to this we introduced beveled mirror and clear glass to create the illusion of space. This coupled with lighting wall panels created a stunning space. It is easy to overload any design with too many materials or lighting elements so careful consideration was taken to ensure we achieved the perfect balance.

The long walls of the room allowed for all clothes and shoe storage with a vanity cabinet desk providing a seat and make up station. An additional soft seating area was also introduced so the dressing room could become a luxury sung.

The island cabinet cabinet takes center stage in the walk in wardrobe with drawers and storage allowing an access all areas design to include accessories such as sunglasses watches and jewellery. This combined with a beveled mirror top reflecting the glass chandelier above really added the wow factor.

This walk in wardrobe also incorporated a halo light to all pelmet features. This along with illuminated panels was all controlled by a hand held remote giving a beautiful instant ambience at the touch of a button.
